Mortgage Services is a mortgage brokerage and lending firm offering an unusally wide range of residential first and second lien loan products thoughout California.

Founded in 1985, Mortgage Services has enjoyed steady growth. Our offices are located in downtown San Mateo.

Mortgage Services offers automated underwriting; a knowledgeable and experienced staff; and extremely competitive pricing on everything from conventional/conforming fixed and adjustable rate products, through jumbo intermediate ARM's, A-minus, alternative - A, stated income and no ratio loans, seconds and home equity loans.
