Ayad Bunni Loan Agent Ayad@emortgageservices.net Licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate #01712684 expires January 5, 2014 Ayad Bunni has been a residential loan agent for seven years, starting out at Bank of America, then moving to Washington Mutual and Adamarc Financial before joining Mortgage Services. Growing up on the Peninsula, Ayad graduated from Serra High School in San Mateo in 1992 then attended California State University at Fresno where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 1997. For the next four years, Ayad coached Men's College Basketball, first at Canada College in Redwood City, and then at Fresno State University under legendary coach Jerry Tarkanian, before redirecting his energy to the loan business. Ayad currently reisdes in Redwood Shores and in his spare time loves to swing the golf clubs and make a birdie from time to time.
